Welcome to Foil & Glory. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our classical and bespoke art prints. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Our Products and Services
- Digital Downloads: We provide high-resolution digital files in various standards.
- Physical Prints: We offer high quality prints using industrial inks direct from the manufacturers.
- Bespoke Services: We create custom orders based on the customer instruction.
2. Digital Access Policy
- Instant Delivery: Digital items are available for download immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- Access Period: You are granted access to your digital download link for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
- User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to download and securely save your files to your personal device or cloud storage within this 30-day window.
- Expiration: We do not guarantee access to digital files after the 30-day period has elapsed.
3. Custom & Bespoke Orders
- Accuracy: For bespoke items we will run a quick check but you are ultimatly responsible for ensuring all provided information is correct before submitting your order.
- Design Approval: Once a custom design has been finalised and sent for printing, no further changes can be made.
- Intellectual Property: While your personal details are unique, the artistic layout, typography, and “Foil & Glory” branding remains the intellectual property of our company. You may not reproduce thi for any commercial service without prior concent.
4. Shipping & Physical Delivery
- Service Area: we ship physical and framed prints to the UK and globally using a wide range of shipping providers.
- Damage in Transit: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us with photographic evidence and we will supply an immediate replacement or refund.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Digital Items: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the download link has been issued.
- Bespoke Physical Items: Personalised and custom-made prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain a studio error.
- Standard Prints: For non-custom items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss return options.
6. Usage Rights
- Personal Use Only: All items purchased from Foil & Glory are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or use our digital files or physical prints for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Foil & Glory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or inability to access digital files after the 30-day expiry.
7. Replica Tickets
Foil & Glory produce many gift and replica tickets are a novelty item only. None of the tickets or artworks produced will contain infromation that allows access into any event.
