Delivery & Digital Access
At Foil & Glory, we aim to ensure your artwork arrives with the same care and quality we put into our designs. Whether you are downloading a digital file to print locally or awaiting a bespoke framed print, here is how we manage our delivery and access.
1. Digital Downloads (Time-Limited Access)
For our global customers who prefer the flexibility of printing at home, we provide high-resolution files designed to fit various frame ratios.
- Immediate Access: Your files are available for download immediately after your purchase is confirmed.
- Access Period: Your secure download link will remain active for 30 days.
- Important: We strongly recommend that you download and save your files as soon as possible to your personal device or cloud storage. While we provide a 30-day window, access cannot be guaranteed after this period has expired.
- Format: We provide the image in a large format to ensure highest quality when you print it at home or at a local print store.
2. Physical Prints
Our physical prints are produced on high grade photo card stock using Canon pro+ pigment ink printers for greatest colour clarity and performance.
- Packaging: Items are shipping in flat hard backed envelopes or rolled in protective tubes if they are larger.
- Dispatch Time: Because each order is a custom piece of art, please allow 2–3 business days for us to design, print, and quality-check your order. This exclused Sundays.
- Shipping: We currently only ship to the UK, but are able to ship anywhere around the world should you wish. Please contact us before placing an order.
3. Custom Orders and 3rd party shipping
We will do our very best to ensure that custom orders are delivered on time. I am afraid that we are unable to guarantee shipping times other than when we are able to deliver it to the courier.
- Faster shipping: If you require faster shipping then please let us know before you order so we can ensure that we can purchase this option.
- Protection: Prints are placed into a protective plastic sleeve and cardboard backed to ensure maximum protection during transport.
