Refunds & Returns Policy
At Ivy Paper Studio, we believe in fairness and transparency. As a non-profit, we’re not here to push products or chase margins, we’re here to help more people enjoy beautiful, inspiring art. That’s why we’ve made our returns process simple and honest.
We hope you’ll love your print, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right. Whether your item arrived damaged, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’ve laid out everything below in plain English.
Changed Your Mind? No Problem
You can return any unframed, unused print within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, no awkward questions. Just send us an email to [email protected] within the 14-day window to let us know you’d like to return your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- You’ll need to cover the return postage unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 1-3 working days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll sort things quickly — whether that means a replacement, a refund, or an apology with a new print sent out at no extra cost.
Custom or Framed Orders
Framed or made-to-order prints (including custom sizes or finishes) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty, as they are produced specifically for you.
