1. Original & Bespoke Designs
All content included on this website, including but not limited to ticket designs, certificate layouts, bespoke artwork, logos, brand names, product descriptions, and photography, is the property of Foil & Glory and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
2. Designs and Layouts
Our signature designs, including our ticket silhouettes, specific foil placement techniques, and proprietary “reveal” layouts, are original works of authorship. We hold all of the original design templates, you may not:
- Copy or Trace: Copying or “tracing” our design layouts for personal or commercial use.
- Prohibited Acts: Download and print our digital mockups.
- Resll: Resell our physical products as your own work.
3. Digital Download Usage
When you purchase a digital download, you are buying a license to print the work for personal use.
- Limit: You may print the file as many times as you like for your own home or as a one-time gift.
- Restrictions: You may not upload these files to “print-on-demand” websites (unless for personal use), share the high-resolution links with third parties, or claim the artwork as your own creation.
- 30-Day Window: Please remember that your access to these files is granted for 30 days. This download link is for your use only and must not be shared.
- We are a customer first company, so we will do our very best to ensure that your files are always redaily available.
4. Photography & Social Media
We love seeing our art in your homes! You are more than welcome to share photos of your items on social media.
- Tagging: We invite you to tag us so we can see how you’ve styled your pieces around your home.
5. Copyright Infringement
We actively monitor global marketplaces to protect our bespoke designs. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our work is a violation of copyright law and will be met with formal legal action.
